The lace wigs I've seen irl are terrible just terrible.

I blame me being southern for the most part though

I think it boils down to how the wearer applies it. Since I'm natural I wear wigs off and on and lacewigs make awesome winter hats/ no quote lol

I wish there wasn't. Psychologically, I feel better wearing a weave than a wig (i have plenty of lf's) i just remember the stigma that's all. 

I remember a girl being chased at school for wearing a wig (to be fair, it was the grandma curly short type one) and everyone laughing but most of the crowd who where there had a weave.  It did make me wonder why one fake is better than the other.

I see wigs hovering around foreheads .

I still see those wigs with the black bands around it here

thanks peeps..a touch of nc45 concealer an adhesive knit underneath a big forehead and that is it. I think having a big forehead helps with lacefronts
