you'll save money even buying hair from EP
you can wear "virgin" or processed virgin for years without it ever looking ratty or needing to be changed

Thanks to both of you who answered. I usually spend about $75 - $100 and typically only wear the hair for 6 weeks max, then I don't re-use it. Would I end up saving more money by buying hair from a vendor in the long run? I have read horror stories in weaves and have not moved foward on purchasing from a vendor. Is vendor hair thicker/fuller? How many installs can you do with the hair? |
i reused hair from EP for 2 years+. I still have it all. I have dyed and bleached some of it too. I have only had one bad batch and a bad batch of EP is still better than hair from chinese vendors imo.

Thanks Rickysrose and Epitome. I will make that leap soon. Guess I better do some research upstairs in weaves!

I so agree E ... I still have all of my EP hair. EP will take back a bad batch and they send non-custom same day, next day air
Now. They are over the top, arms and legs expensive over chinese/indian vendors or even wagmans ... but the workmanship and hair quality is far better ... which is worth it for natural curls, a staple wig/weave that you'll wear daily
But you don't necessarily need better all the time, for vacation hair, a trendy process, teenagers ... chinese vendor hair is still cheaper and better quality than bss hair and can be used again and again

I think people only say the OP if, in their eyes, someone's natural hair looks better than the weave

disagree
my cousin has nice hair of her own but recently got a really cute weave, someone commented on her picture and told her she didn't it need it

because, in their eyes, they thought her natural hair looked better?
if not, what do you think it was?

I would never say that to anyone, not even a young girl (and I HATE seeing little girls in weaves)
