I need it a bit cool for me to sleep and I love blankets and covers and I need to cover my head when I sleep

I have the heater on but low like 68-72 depending and the window cracked  ... I recognize it's wasteful

I wake up in the early hours of the morning to turn the heater up to like 74-77

I sleep with a bed heater on. It shuts off after an hour if you don't set the timer.

My aunt has told me to put water/lavender oil in bowl below bedroom heater. We will see if this helps.

i have these symptoms when my radiator is on in my bedroom overnight

i can sleep everywhere else in the flat and i wouldnt have any problems

i use an electric blanket though to prevent turning on the radiator
