I have started to as it's so cold at the moment! trouble is, I wake up with really dry skin/feeling stuffed up (today woke up with a headache)
My aunt has told me to put water/lavender oil in bowl below bedroom heater. We will see if this helps.

I cant sleep with heat on at all, plus the other tenants in my builiding are running their heat so high, that it's keeping my apt warm and I end up having to crack the window- just to breathe. I suffer from severe sinuses and congestion and that dry heat would just make it worse.

Only if its super cold. I sleep with a fan on and/or the window cracked open most nights though since I live in Florida and it doesnt get cold to the point where I need a heater very often.

Heaters? Like space heaters? Those things scare me.

I do when it's really cold, but a lot of times I get hot with just my blankets and comforter.

eta: I have central heat, but I keep a space heater in my room because it gets really cold sometimes.

This is how I feel but the house is soooooooooo cold. Impossible to wake up in the morning without heat. I have a timer but don't know how to set it - will get a relative in soon to do it.

I was actually thinking of electric blanket. I m really warm blooded. I feel the cold so badly.
