No they are not...there are Latinos everywhere and plenty of Black people. I have lived in all three of these places. They are definetly not 95%+ White. Centerville: 50% White Leesburg: 71% White Herndon: 50% White

i personally don't want a whitopia or blacktopia.
I prefer an even mix of cultures, race, ethnic backgrounds, religious affiliations and lifestyles. I call it pattopia or not in my lifetime. But I did get considerably close when I lived in Atlanta.
