I'd put Oregon on there before Washington. We got too many Asians to be whitopia. Even in the smallest of towns here, you find minorities.

Ashburn, maybe, but Leesburg and Herndon definitely aren't. Herndon is only 50% white and Leesburg is 71%
ETA: Ashburn is 71% too

Arlington is 65% white which isn't too far off but I wouldn't consider that a whitopia.
