Of course, and i always try to catch a shower just before i go, if its a particularly humid day. Always a dress or skirt. Sometimes i see chicks coming in lookin like they been sweatin buckets all day in their tight jeans. Have some class. He has to be all up in your cooch, make sure its nice and fresh

yes, i just had a visit a few weeks ago. but its funny you bring
this up because i was talking to a friend a few months ago and we were
talking about the our dental hygienist and how she hates her and i was
telling her that i had to rush home to brush and floss before i go and she was said "well
maybe that why she doesnt like me because i never brush be for a visit" and
i was like "what?" she said "never"  as the conversation
progressed i asked her if she showered or freshen up before going to see her gynecologist and she was said "no, i just go as i am"
 i was like girl,what kind of barn were you raised in and stop telling people you know me
