from years ago and realize that you looked really good?
My husband and I put together a display of pictures from our lives from childhood to the present at our wedding. I was looking through them today and I realized that all of the insecurities I had when the photos were taken were not a big deal at all.
My 15-year-old sister came to the U.S. from Malaysia for the wedding but didn't want to be photographed because she thinks she's fat. She's so beautiful but wouldn't let anyone photograph her, and now I don't have one photo of her at my wedding  I'm mad!

I was still coming out of my awkward looks a few years ago, however, my skin was much more amazing a few years ago, and my lashes were alot longer and fuller for some reason...But overall I got better looking with age, as I grew more into my features...

yeah, when I was a kid I wasn't as ugly as I thought I was or as ugly as other people would constantly tell me I was
awkward looking at times? sure, ugly...not so much

All the time it's fun looking at how style changes. I used to wear big hoop earrings,baby phat, and rocawear.

I look better now than I did as a kid. I had a long awkward period
between like the ages of 8 - 14ish...I had to grow into my features.

I know it's a wrong but that's the only way I knew I looked great years ago. My family will sneak a picture if you like it or not and now, I'm glad they did.
