I think I do too, actually. I don't really like it though, but for me it isn't worth complaining about. I tell him that I appreciate everything he does. I tell him that he is wanted, needed and appreciated. I tell him that he is special and I am lucky. I tell him he looks nice, especially when he is trying (working out, eating healthy, etc). Men need to feel appreciated as much as women.

keep it real, thinking about my past relationships, I don't believe I complimented my SO as often as they would do for me. I don't think i complimented them enough on their appearance. I would give the stamp of approval in my head but wouldn't say it to them. I don't know why i did that. This thread has taught me that i need to make a conscious effort to say it out loud and not keep it to myself.
