todays result is a reflection of what i did yesterday
more so, you learn your patterns so that you dont have to check every day
now depending on your weight and metabolism, that may or may not apply to you
as stated above, she went 2 weeks, gained 10 lbs. some of yall go 6 months, and stay about the same.
