It's one thing to say someone is ugly.. That's subjective. But to make fun of someone's disability is just low..
That's like being like, "haha bitch, that's why your baby died"
Even if that woman said some crazy rude ish.. It's just tacky to hit that low most of the time

How are you gonna judge other people's actions based on YOUR rules of what's offensive and what's not?  What if other people feel that it is just as hurtful for their (unchangeable) physical appearance to be insulted as their disability? Are you serious? Both things are low Coco

The only time i saw bullying was during the ritle gif/dance situation. That was horrid.
Apart from that no. I don't think bullying is rampant
