Do u think jerri curls/wave nouveaus look real?

I was just wonderin, cuz I got this lady in my neighborhood who has 2 grown sons wit some Jerri curls. She said she's been putting in in there hair since they were 10, so that their hair can look "pretty". They dont keep their hair long, like in the pics i just showed, but the thing is, their hair does not look believable. It looks like a wavy/straight hot mess. But u can't tell those fools nothing cuz they think they look fly.
But anyways, my question is, do you personally think the look is believable on men wit short hair? And would y'all date a dude wit this hairstyle?

no.  it looks like a processed texture.  it don't look like somebody's naturally curly hair.
