The more I read this...
That plate of fruit. I think oranges and grapes have the most sugar. I think my doctor told me years ago to stay away from both due to the sugar content.

And that food guy said your plate needs color...they are only eating grains and vegies, but everything is still the same yellow/brown majority.

eta: besides the egg plant guy, where is their protein? & veggie burgers can be as fattening as regular burgers.

   Oh and instead of buying prepackaged herbs and spices...Get them in original form and make them yourself for a fresher taste, with all of the health properties. Many of the prepackaged herbs may have been grown GM or things have been added

All you need is a mortar and pestle or coffee grinder to grind them

    I learned this from my pops, and grandmother...When I started cooking more I was buying the prepackaged stuff and the food wouldnt taste exactly like his or my gromma's....when my dad put me on and I started, it all made sense ... You can literally taste every herb in your food...

And they don't even use salt!
