The problem for many Americans is that we eat too much (amount) and then make it worse by eating the wrong type of food.

The prolly coulda had baked chicken or pork with less fat than that.

Yeah, we dont know even when we are actually full...A big belly, and stuffed feeling = overfed

No foods need to be Xed out completely. But some foods are only ok in moderation and not as everyday foods.

 I personally don't eat red meat though. That's just a personal choice though, but red meat is okay as long as you don't eat too much of it.
