Ewwww! Warning for the pic Kat!  OP, you can still get some passive aggressive payback with your roomie. You can contaminate their juice or milk in the fridge with certain fluids. They'll simply think the food is spoiled. No confrontation needed.

I gave a whole list of non confrontational payback jokes a few pages back and I know she must be laughing at some of because they are really funny.

Indeed. OP, does your roommate have any computers/laptops and do you own any magnets or water? My friend did this in freshman year and messed up his roomates laptop (and other things) after the roomie kept using his laptop and goodies after being warned.
