FYI, that bitch would have had her head smashed in the damn floor because I am not as tolerant of people as I used to be. I am a rather calm individual but if my nasty temper flares, it is a big problem and I will whoop ass and take names. I have done better in calming my temper though.

Dang, sorry you had to experience that op. smh. So many people now feel as though they can through the n word out there like it's some cute urban saying. I was at a concert not too long ago and this Asian girl was saying it after every other word while talking to a Latino couple. I side eyed her so hard from where I was sitting she shut up with a quickness. This mess is out of control and I can't tell you how many times I have seen black youths hanging with peers of other races

Seriously though, being nice and passive aggressive in a situation like this will not work. I am a shy person, but I just got through putting a couple of white girls in their place for wayyy less than this.
Being assertive and demanding respect gets you further in life than being nice. If you are worried about how they will perceive you, it really doesn't matter cause they called you nig*er to your face. Soo.....that should tell you all you need to know.
And they didn't make you sign a lease?! They are dumber than I thought. I would come up there and say I'm not paying rent until I get an apology uttered from those cattles' mouths. And after they apologize, I would say that wasn't enough and move out.
They will call you whatever they want to call you, but not in front of your face. They gon learn. I'm not about to be paying rent to be called a nig*er.
