I mean that we understand that you are unhappy with the hair you think it is bad with money.

Partial refund is what i can do for you because your request is over 45days. This is our policy.

All customer send me request for refund within 45 days, we will do that for them without any excuse.

First of all Janet.... let me direct you to YOUR website. Under the section where it says why vinuss extensions your company states and I quote. "100% unprocessed virgin human hair no shed. No tangle.!!! Further down your company states you can exchange or refund if you are not happy with it"

You acknowledge that I installed the hair on 29th of OCTOBER and that it only lasted 2 weeks so I'm curious... how in hell was I suppose to notify you of a problem if it wasn't installed in my head?

Lastly dont you DARE imply that I the customer was the cause for your booboo the clown hair acting crazy. I noticed you're quick to hint that it's not your product but consumer error. I'm not new to weave I have dyed, and bleach the hell out hair and I've YET to experience the shedding and tangling that I've experienced with your hair

You believe in karma dont you? What you did to me will not go unjudged

You sent her a bogus product now you will suffer the repercussions. I hope the bit of money you scammed from her was worth it, because now people will research your company and see nothing but bad reviews

Let's see how long you last after this, huh? You companies are going to stop taking the money WE WORK FOR by sending us bad product, and then have the gall to get mad and blame the consumer for your crappy work! You get no respect for what you do in life!

As a vendor, if you really cared about your company. ..you would refund the customers back their money. Word of mouth can make or break a company and clearly you have no sympathy for the customers who work hard for their money and decided to spend that money on your company...smh

Thanks ladies for being supportive! I am glad to see I wasn't being unreasonable in my request to this vendor. She wants to hide under her "45 day policy" knowing Damn well the hair she sold me wasn't up to par
