i want to fix problem. but we still do not know who jujubee28 is. 

i post here just want to know details. and we will fix it immediately. Now she have received the hair for 5 weeks. As she described, the problem is occurred after we received the hair in 2 weeks. Why she do not contact us at that time? 

Anyway, once we know who jujubee28 is. I will fix it immediately.

Hello,

I have had the hair installed for 3 weeks now (11/18).  This hair sheds horribly 
and tangles quite a bit. I have deep conditioned the hair several times and use 
heat protectants when flat ironing, yet it's still dry.  I probably will not be 
purchasing this hair again nor recommending it to my friends.

We have sent you satisfaction survey to collect answer from customers. And we have known that you are unsatisfied with our hair. But you do not request any refund or exchange. So our staff will take any action for you just record your point of answer. "the hair is easliy to be straight after installed for weeks." When we get your answer, we will improve our hair quality in the future.

So i hope you can understand. Not all customers meet the issue as you, it is ocassional situation. Commonly we will refund money to customer once we get request. But we do not receive your request.

I must admit that it is our resposibility. I am so sorry to bring you bad experience. Full refund will be finished in hrs. Just check it.

Only you are unsatisfied with the hair and want to refund, you need to send me request. I am so sorry for this issue and bad customer service at this time.
