Hi just sitting here reading thru this thread and saw your post. I also have plantar fasciitis!!! So taking diatomaceous earth has helped??? I can barely walk sometimes in the morning!
If this is good for that and your hair I may have to try it!

I take it in the morning mixed with aloe vera juice. not the best tasting stuff but when i forget, my body will be in pain, all day...

i read on LHCF about this stuff.
has anyone encountered any worms yet?.. it doesn't "grow" worms, it gets rid of any intestinal parasites..which is a good thing.

I didn't have any worms but it does strengthen my nails and makes my skin glow. I think it whitened my teeth too.

Been back on DE since February 23rd. Deep sleep, skin is smooth and glowing and nails are growing! Also, feeling well rested!

I have the deeper sleep too, vivid dreams but not nightmares. It also made my curls bouncy, more hang, super soft but didn't change my curl pattern.
