i just had to jump in and talk about my DE experience. i take it every morning (when i remember) and it has amazing health benefits. i had developed plantar fasciitis and it has eliminated the pain when nothing else could. it is great stuff.

I began taking upon my holistic doctor's advice. DE has given me hope with my chronic muscular pain. It has allowed me to stop my meds for it. Also, since I've been taking it, menstrual cramps have all but disappeared! Its likes my body is healing itself from inside.
My friend's husband has lowered his blood pressure in a few weeks while taking it.
I've heard about the parasite removal and it terrifies me! I'd rather not know (see) what, if any parasites were in me since i've been on this DE.
As far as my hair, yes it works! I thought my hair was shedding, but realized that it was shrinking from new growth quickly. I now pull on my curls to see a nice texture and length change, but most of all, it thickens your hair nicely. My hair has grown and my nails have become so strong and long. I have to keep cutting them back as I don't like long nails on me. I really love how soft and moisturized my skin feels. I forget sometimes to lotion up after my shower.
Its great stuff and works for me.
