DevaCurl Low-Poo

I have 4a/b hair that's about shoulder length, and I wear it in a side braid clipped across the back of my head with gel to keep it flat and frizz free. Because of this, my hair does get a fair amount of buildup throughout the week. I prefer the Low-Poo to the No-Poo because with the conditioner I use (Herbal Essences Honey I'm Strong), I feel like my hair is less heavy since the HE conditioner is pretty heavy and moisturizing.

So, how often would you suggest I wash my hair?
