I'm trying to detox or cleanse my body before i start combo#2 of the phytoestrogens synergy thread...what are good detox teas i can take for that? that WON'T MAKE ME LOSE WEIGHT! I read most of them will make u lose weight all over...  and where can i buy it from?

Milk thistle, and i know there are a few other cant remember off the top of my head >:(

try googling "herbal cleanse" and you should get some ideas. Detox teas will probably work more for GI detox

I do 7 day milk thistle cleanses to flush out my LIVER so my hormones can get a fresh palette. I use the pills and take 4 a day, space them out to keep the cleansing going.

As for full body detoxes.. No weight loss? Is that even possible?
