gurl wuuuud.  I got way into it.  Watching youtube tutorials all day, erryday. I bought all the coastal scents palettes when errybody was talking about those.  I stayed at sephora, ulta and the CVS make up sections.  I got palettes, duo's and quads I still haven't used.  Still got stuff from the MAC "black" collection still Still fresh.  LOL

I will say ...despite the shade that the guru's get especially of late...they really helped me up my make up game.   I had no idea how to wear foundation and was scared of eyeshadow and lipstick.

I wear makeup to work every day.  Takes me no more than 20 minutes for light foundation, concealor under my eyes, brows, blush and mascara.

She never does a plain face for teaching purposes. I don't wear makeup much anymore but when I do I'm happy I can highlight and contour without trying to attempt at the last minute.

Yaya, your skin looks GREAT!  No need for foundation.
I have to admit, I don't have time or the current skill for all that, and my sensitive skin would REJECT it even if I did!

But serious question, for all the ladies who wear full face (foundation, primer, powder, blush) on a daily basis, how much do you put into your own skincare/evening out your skin tone?  Not trying to throw shade, just a question

^^I cleanse with a gentle sulphate-free wash, gently exfoliate with a scrub and then tone with a homemade toner (rose water mixed with some glycerine, polysorbate, some essential oils and cucumber extract) everyday.

...I just moisturise with a small drop of tamanu oil afterwards and my skin looks great.Smile

Not everyone who wears foundation really need it, some do and others don't.

island, sleek is awesome!

I did have my eye on their sunset palette which I've heard very good things about (it's full of warm colours and jewel tones) but I don't think I want it atm...at least not right now...shadows don't excite me anymore maybe that'll change who knowsLOL
