Dermablend is a really great product, its water proof and sets very well. If you need to cover anything for a long period of time, its the only product that I know of that will last and NOT rub off anything.

As a teen I really wanted to go on accutane, but the risks were too high. My dr didn't want to put me on.
And there was this guy at my school who went on it and he looked like Tyrone Biggums for like a whole year and I said nawwwww can't do it.

Skin peeled like crazy but my skin was perfection after I finished

I use dermablend to cover my birthmark sometime (when I want to be incog lol)  It's a great product.

I could imagine skin healing slower because I notice that my skin heals slower when I use retin-a

I notice my skin heals slower as I age too (burn scars take longer to fade)
