Be careful with that... depending on what part of vietnam they are from Cats and believ dogs are typical meat to use in dishes. I remember when I visited Hanoi and the halong bay they had cats in cages and dead cats skinnedDeadDead I ate veggies the rest of my trip.

I should have added Portuguese food to my list. I used to work in a Portuguese neighborhood where no one spoke English and the food was banging. Sadly, I dont remember the names of most of the foods, except for collard soup.

I know Russians have a special type of rats that they breed specifically as food. They are huge rats. A Russian kid in HS told our class.

That's why whenever I travel I stick with the basics chicken and sometimes fish....
 
I can't be dealing with all of these mystery meats.

I can enjoy food from all cultures. There is no best, because I'm a moody eater...some days I'm in the mood for spicy food, sour, noodles, veggies, seafood etc.

I love Caribbean food, Dominican food, authentic soul food, vegan soulfood and sweets
