@khivey & texasmami, aaawww. thank you! : ) @Modelbusiness, welcome to the challenge! @naynay, that's okay. would it be possible for you to start the challenge two weeks early? @princess, you can dust the length of your hair, but not the longest ends of your hair. does that make sense? I don't know how to make it more specific.
for some reason I can't edit the first post or my application. I was going to add drinking water & eating healthy to the growth practices, add the new participants, and I realized I didn't right my name in my app, but it won't let my edit... @_@

So I got my hair touched up today. I had a good amount of growth for the first time but I had to trim about 2 to 3 inches coz my ends were seriously weathered from the whole protein overload thing and I decided to even out the tail I had at the back. I'm not pissed though coz when I look at my blog I actually made my goal of healthy ends grazing my collarbone. But this also makes me want to succeed in this challenge even more!!! My application will be submitted when I find my camera tomorrow. If I don't find it, I'll just use my webcam. It's real crappy though.

KunoichiNindroid's INTROstarting length? SL, I dunno maybe 5 or 6 inches? goal length? Grazing APL by March 2013 other goals? BSL by December 2013 normal growth rate? less than 1/2 an inch per month sadly :( hair status? Relaxed album? None yet journal? insane-in-the mane.tumblr.com regimen? I scrapped my regimen because most of the stuff I was using wreaked havok on my hair. Protein overload sucks. Focusing on moisture now. Still looking for good silicone free moisturizing conditioners. My only staple would probably be castor oil. growth practices? - Protective style in box braids for 3 months - Massage with MTG(if I can get it sent to me!) and castor oil everyday/every other day - Baggy my braids at least 5 nights a week - Take the following supplements daily HSN vitamins and B-complex - Wash and DC hair once a week and NO TRIMMING! I've lost too much already. Lol
use at least one growth aid 3x a week Castor Oil
