I'm really bad about being on time for social, non-neccessary things. My friends have started lying, telling me things start 30 minutes earlier than they actually do just so I'll be on time. I'm never more than 15-20 minutes late tho.
I would never be three hours late tho, and anybody still expecting me to be waiting on them 3 hours later will be in for a rude awakening.

I'm super behind on RHOA!
But personally I'm always on time if not early. And I know people of all races who are chronically late, and it sucks because I have to adjust things just to ensure they'll be on time.
It's a crappy excuse to say "well I'm just always late" as it presents the image that you don't value the time of those around you. Not everyone wants to have to tell you a start time that's 30 min to an hour earlier than the real start time just to ensure your presence. Nor does everyone want to sit around waiting a half hour to an hour for you to arrive.

That's why I love my friends. They know me so well.

I have mixed emotions about this.
I'm usually running late, but not like 2 hours late.
Certain things its ok, but with others its not. I wont pay for a movie if I'm going to miss the previews, and everyone things I'm crazy.. but if we're going out to the club, I always underestimate how long it will take me.

I'm pretty much always on time. Early even. Occasionally I'm a little late (3-5 min, tops) to classes and I feel terrible strolling in.
My mom is the complete opposite. Literally, she will come to dinners hours late and get yelled at every time. She did it based on the assumption that everyone else would be late lol
ETA: whenever its a party, I arrive an hour late. Too early is unacceptable
