I keep it on when Im at work so roughly 9 hours M-F. On the days I dont workout I keep it on about 12-13 hours. On the weekends I keep it on 5-6 Hours.
 
At first it was hard but now its alot more easier to manage with it.

first day of corset wear. I've worn the squeem before and it helped until the "boning" started stabbing me... left marks smh.. I've been in my corset since 6 am. I am currently still at work, and will most likely get out of my corset around 6 pm ( get off at 5, but with traffic it takes about an hour to an hour and a half to get home) i did hiit cardio and weights yesterday, did weights wed as well and I believe on monday too? Not sure. But i will do a better job at tracking.

Your doing good hun keep it up! I had to stop wearing the squeem, it was hurting me really bad. Plus I never saw results with it like the actual corset, Im addicted to wearing it now

@brazillianbabe..Im sure it should as long as she follows proper diet and water intake with it.Also make sure she incorporates excercise a few times a wk as well.

I have been corsetting off n on for about a month but so far not very consistent.I want too but another part of me is paranoid about what may go wrong so I guess I will have to think about it some more.

I am this close to buying it but I don't know if IT should be a squeem or a corset(?).
Do I need to wear a snug cami or perhaps a shirt under the corset to not mark my body? Not sure if I am making sense lol

I only need to lose 4 inches and I already bookmarked the corset that yaya24 posted....

@sexy and famous...I usu wear a tank top or regular shirt under mine and it helps prevent marks for me
