so this is probably a stupid question but i'm asking anyway :)
i gained a few lbs while corsetting... and it pretty much all went to my butt. to maintain this, do i just keep up with the amount of calories?
or do i always need to then wear the corset? lol i just want to maintain the inches gained on my butt.

Ladies, I'am so excited!! I have been wanting to waist train for awhile, but never had the funds to invest in anything. So I finally got my corset. It was on sale for $55, it was originally $79. And I also got a squeem for $42.
I got both of them because I wasn't sure what would work for me. I'am feeling like the squeem would be more comfortable, and I might be able to wear it working out, but I know I can wear that all day at work. But I know that the corset would yield me better results. I want to wear the corset for a couple hours and then the squeem for a couple hours. How did anyone tolerate the corset at first?

Good news ladies, I been wearing my corset and Squeem daily and exercising and I'm already down one inch!! I started at 30 inches in my waistline last Saturday. I just measured myself cause I notice my Squeem is fitting better and I'm now just at the 29 inch line. I took pics and will post them when I have been waist training for a month. I was just excited and wanted to update!

I haven't been able to wear my corset for the last 2 weeks because I've been so busy moving to my new apartment and because of that I basically gained back everything I lost with the corset.. The good thing is that my butt is now 39 inches!
