What causes those? Is it constant wearing of high heels?

Did you see that old Oprah episode where she got a pedicure live on TV. She knew her feet were bad and joked that they needed a chain saw to remove all the ash from her heelsLOL My mom was traumatized when she saw what the manicurist had to do to make those feet look decent. I just guess that Oprah is so busy that she cant take time out to get the surgery for the bunions & hammertoes (the root cause of the corns) b/c the full recovery time is 6-8 months.

Hammertoe (the cause of corns) & bunions are genetic and are exacerbated by ill fitting shoes.

Every time I see corn/bunion ridden feet I chuckle & think of when Shenehneh says "you gotta go to work on Myra's feet" LOL

Speaking of which, I recently bought shoes for work that have been rubbing on the back of my foot. The skin peeled and now its dark and a little hard. What should I do to make it go away?

LOL at NJ I saw an episode where she let Serena Williams give her a pedicure and her feet looked crazy. I was shocked. She could buy a whole new set of feet if she wanted to. But a lot of Hollywood people got bad feet. Guess they don't care.

Maybe try soaking your feet to get the hard part to soften. Then exfoliate the skin.

I had a dark spot on the side of m foot from the strap of a sandal that dug into my skin and I have been using the koji sans soap to lighten it and its been working pretty good.
