there is no timeframe of when you should be better.

some days its easier, some days its completely sh*tty.

allow yourself to feel these things and not feel guilty about how you think you "should" be feeling. you lost a mother. that's huge. you will mourn her for years...and that's ok..

 i wish i had better words to make you feel better, but unfortunately, I don't. but I will send up a prayer for you.

I confess I have to do better with my hair almost 5yrs and Im barely grazing WL and not a full WL if I don't get it this year I think Im gonna chop!

 sorry I know, I know but that was my primary goal when I started my hair journey I wanted it in 3yrs but Im a slow grower so I guess that's why Im complaining... I really shouldn't.
