yeah i just paid for the use of it.  

i like doing the master cleanse b/c it really does detoxify.  i always feel amazing by day 3 and then i have that added boost to continue my workout.  it's more of a jump start for me.  i can't quit eating what i eat cold turkey...i have to ease into it and it's the best way for me to.  i do this like every 3-4 months.

I can admit to the fact that I've been a btch lately but with reason. I feel like people expect me to to always be this sweetheart and it's aggravating because I take that as them also thinking they can always take advantage of me or expecting me not to speak my mind.

the lemonade diet....organic lemons, organic maple syrup, cayenne pepper + water.

not for the faint at heart.  it tastes fine but the taste does get old.  if i cheat while i'm on it then i just have fruit.
