Girl, she think since she has been here since this organization was founded that she is someone's boss and that she doesn't have to do sh*t. This job is the easiest job that I have ever had but I am not about to bounce my ass in here and do the job of two people when there are two people here.

 

So I come in and she hasn't touched not one thing and she has been here already 2 hours..

 

So I come to my desk...

 

Me: What is all of this paperwork doing on my desk?

 

The woman I work with: Well you have to do orders today because I have to finish paper...

 

She was trying to say paperwork but I cut her off mid-sentence.

 

Me: Look, I really do not give a damn about what you have to do. First of all, you are not supposed to be doing that paperwork anyway per the FDA. Secondly, I am not about to do the work of two people when there are two people here!!

 

You done this sh*t all last year and thought that I was too stupid not to notice. No, I'm far from stupid. I just let you slide because I am known for going completely left on people when they push me to that point.

 

I know this is your little game that you are trying to run but I am not going to play it with you. I do not play games. I do my fair share of work and then some. I'll be damned if I come in here and work myself in the ground while you play in this damn paper all shift. I do not have time for it and I am not going to tolerate it. You can get mad, cry, flop around on the damn floor if your ass wants to but I give not one solid about you or your feelings so miss me with it. Another thing, I do not need you telling me what to do. I am your equal, not your employee that is under you. You need to get your life before I end up getting it for you. You are entirely too old to be acting the way

you act. You are 55 years old. You must have missed your cue to grow up some 35 years ago. Just because you are a mad and bitter woman doesn't mean you have to come in here and make everyone else mad and bitter as well..

 

 

She was crying before I got done and she stalks out. My supervisor was looking like I cannot believe you just said that to her!! He did not know whether to go after her or ask me what was wrong with me.. He went after her first and he pulled me to the side in the office and asked me was I ok. He told me that I have always been calm, cool, and collected and that was unusual for me to lash out like that..

 

My supervisor is non-confrontational and rarely says much about anything.. He is pretty laid back and chill.. Plus its hard to get fired from here so I am good. Im sitting here at my desk now cheesing it up and shes over there with her swollen eye lids..

 

 

I give no *&%^$#@Es and I regret nothing!!!

 

I tried not to curse at her and I said it the best way I could without getting too crunk but she took it there and I brought it back to her ass!
