I don't even bother any more. It's worse when you're awkward around people you're already friends (or friendly) with. You expect to be passed that stage of awkwardness.   I feel bad because I actually try. I make the effort, but I always feel stupid in the end. I know how you feel. I usually stay quiet during group conversations either for fear of saying something to make myself look dumb or because people tend to talk over me like I'm not there when I do try to give my input in conversations. I doubt that's what you meant though. As far as sharing your issues with other people don't feel bad about not being able to share them with others. People these never forget. They always throw things in your face when they get pissed.

Ohhh, okay, i think i understand. Aww Doll, I know that the world can be scary and people can be cruel, but you shouldnt feel like you have to carry all of your burdens all by yourself. Have you thought about researching online about support groups for your issues? Maybe you could open up there until you feel comfortable sharing your experiences in real life. It's always good to have a support system.
