At some point she has to quit focusing on them and focus on herself. I'm not implying Jess should be like "eff them" and disappear, but like I said you get over giving people advice that they don't use. Especially if you have to keep repeating the same advice over and over. Her sibs are adults who can and will do what they want.
You can't help someone that doesn't want to be helped. Some people only learn when life smacks them in the face. As long as big sis is there to save the day they'll think they can do whatever they want without consequence and eventually they will use and abuse her (if they aren't already). Trust me, this is coming from much experience.
Ironically coco, this convo is demonstrating exactly what I'm saying. Both of us think we know what we're talking about and are trying to convince the other. Neither is changing their position and after we log off both of us will continue to think we're right. The same thing goes on with siblings. Your age doesn't matter when people think they know the truth.

coco as an older sibling I honestly know first hand that just because I tell my siblings something that doesnt mean they listen to me just because Im the oldest. Like babydoll said you cant help someone who doesnt want to be helped. Even though they are Jess's siblings there is only so much she can do especially if she said they are grown. If they were kids she could probably influence them a little easier but being that they are adults its up to them to make the best decisions regarding their lives. She's their sister not their parent she cant focus her attention on trying to help them all the time.
After a while it becomes like talking to a brick wall. You can only beat a dead horse for so long before realizing you will keep getting the same results every time.

 @ this helping
The parents know what's up. They always know, it's just something in them that enables them to ignore that sh*t. It's always "oh, are you challenging my parenting skills?" or some form of that.
