Don't feel bad. I used to be chronically violent towards boos. I used to slap, dig my nails in, and pinch the hell outta dudes. I throw things too. I've thrown shoes, books, pretty much anything I can get my hands on.
My laptop is missing keys now cuz I threw it at my ex...it connected

My current boo don't play that sh!t tho, so I keep my hands to myself
. I threatened to use my taser on him outta curiosity once, and that look he gave me...yeah, I just keep my hands to myself.
Put it on him tonight, promise to never do it again, really don't, and all will be well.
