I did the Master Cleanse quite a few times it works but its only a quick fix the weight comes right back.  if I couldn't take it no more I would put food in my mouth just to taste it but I wouldn't swallow....crazy I know but wonderland your right after day 3 with any diet your fine just as if your eating healthy and want a treat you can eat a treat for two days in a row but after day 3 you will gain.

I didn't really notice this, but my friend said that I have a bad habit of standing behind people or staring people down until they give me some of their food. I don't see what the problem is though . I wouldn't have to do those things if people had manners and shared without me having to ask.
