I installed my weave, but it's a bit dry. I've used hello hydration it but that wasn't a good leave in for it.

Do I need a silicone or non silicone leave in? Any suggestions?

Aussie moist conditioner and Only use moisturizing products in kinky curly hair when styling. Have to treat it like natural hair.

Hello hydration is good for co washing so u did good. It has cones in it as do most conditioners Unless stated otherwise. Try Cantu shea butter argan oil repair cream or shea moisture leave in and then seal with a light oil. That should keep it soft for a few days.

I co-wash with Dove Intensive moisture and leave a little bit in. I've read Abba Moisture conditioner and Cantu Shea Butter leave-in are also good options.

Thanks everyone, the cantu curling cream combined with the hello hydration has the hair super soft. It's been a whole since I've had the fro installed so I was a little rusty, plus this hair only responds to certain products.
