Well we don't know if he catfished her. BUT I feel he probably wasn't that excited about spending time with her. Most men (that I know of) will do WHATEVER to get them drawls if they wanted it. A measly plane ticket (which they probably have points for), hotel (which they probably have points for), dinner and nighttime fun is NOTHING. So regardless if I have my own money, I probably wouldn't spend a dime. I don't apologize for it either. She sounds like a person that just got caught up in the fantasy.

that's exactly what I'm saying if he really wanted to spend time with you he'd make the effort and spend that money.. he didn't want this chick..

I agree men should foot the bill, but if you don't know somebody like that, you need to take some precautions. This was poor groupieying. She needs to go back to the drawing board or find another profession.

That's the bottomline. This groupie really should of had a plan B...I have no sympathy this any woman acting this stupid and desperate.

women are foolish when it comes to men w/ money my ex had women taking him to ruth's chris and buying him clothes to prove that they were "different" he hasn't wifed up one yet
she probably wanted him to think she wasnt after his money and it backfired | I know someone who went thru this with a rapper. She really was golddigging, but she called herself spending her own money so he would think she wasn't after his pockets. She even showed up to a pool party that his friends were throwing with bottles that they'd requested and weed she paid for outta pocket. Next thing you know, she saw on some blog that he was in Miami and didn't even bother to tell her. She called and texted him about getting into the party he was hosting on the beach that night, and he never even bothered to respond. She never heard from his ass again. I'll be damned if I buy $600 worth of liq on my dime for a paid nicca.

Women have been conned into thinking they need to prove themselves to men. Any time we try to step into that role, it backfires on us generally speaking. When men feel they don't have to do sh*t, they stop caring.

I re-read the article. The writer says that a friend of hers contacted her to help the girl out. If that was her friend's friend--why couldn't HE help her out? I know that if one of my friends were stranded, I would get them a flight, bus ticket, room--whatever it was they needed. I wouldn't call on someone else to help them. Did this even really happen?
