My niece had a co-ed shower last month and here's some food ideas:

BBQ Meatballs
Chicken Wings
Cocktail Sausages
Chicken Fingers (these were a hit)
Chicken Salad Sandwiches
Pinwheel Sandwiches
Fruit Tray
Veggie Tray
Cheese & Cracker Tray
Meat Tray (with the rolled up roast beef, turkey, etc.)
Deviled Eggs
Chips & Dip

100 people?!?!?!  That's awesome!

We did a theme called "Cirque du Bebe" from www.hostesswiththemostess.com and we had bbq chicken, fried chicken, cajun rice, fruit kabobs, vegetable cups and a candy/desert buffet.

Sanwhiches...

Do a variety for the meat lovers and always have fruit and sandwhiches.
