I like JC from the natural haven too.

Another reason why I don't deep condition over night.

I saw a chart/entry on one of those hair blogs that said after 30 min your hair has absorbed the max nutrients it can from the DC. If I DC overnight it's because I'm too tired to do something with my hair after lol
