What's the biggest difference between a sew in with a closure and a lace wig?

Hey, did you ever install this hair? Do you have any pics to post?

So I ordered some Malaysian Body Wave Hair from Valencia Rose(22'', 24'', 26''), and another bundle from Diamond Virgin Hair(Malaysian Wavy 26''). All together, thats 4 bundles, but Im wondering if I should get a 16'' closure because I seem that on youtube more than I see people leaving anything out. Would it be better to get a closure and attempt to blend, or leave your hair out and blend, or do an invisible part? I want to leave as little hair out as possible, and just part my hair down the middle.
also, should I add another bundle if I dont get a closure, or will four bundles be enough?
Thanks ladies |

If you dont want the hassle of dealing with your hair and putting heat and chemicals to it every other day, you should try a closure. Closures are a smart investment, they just get a bad rap from poor installs and lack of experience and/or maintenance. I just ordered a freestyle frontal, which covers your edges 14*6 from a CV vendor.

If u have a leave out u got to worry about blending issues. I hate to see a pretty weave with the hair just sitting on top. I'm learning now. I flat ironed my leave out so much that it broke off and thinned and now closures are my only option so my hair can grow back. If done right CLOSURES.

I'm natural and have been for almost 3 years. Personally I prefer leave out. I know closures are an alternative that protects your hair but I have not taken the plunge into closures because I don't know anyone in my area that does them, let alone does them well. If you choose to have leave out as long as you pay close attention to your own hair it should be fine, especially if you are relaxed. You shouldn't have to apply a lot of heat to your hair.

Closures are easier to me but the install will look its best if you use whichever method you're most familiar with. Also, only buy another bundle if you're going for that big Diana Ross type of hair.

I was pro leave-out for the longest, and couldn't get the closure hype...until i went natural a few yrs ago & started to get tired of having to constantly straighten my leave out. Now I love closures. 'm not perfect at them yet but so far so good. Just wish I had started using them sooner!
