I havent posted in the challenge because I am no longer using the elixer because of a sulfur intolerance, however the challenge is still on. continue to update with your progress.

- Your hair stats.
- Currently APL Relaxed (Maybe a little passed that)
- How often you're applying the elixer.
- Every 2 days
- Products
- Currently using Kemi Oil Moisturizing Spray, B&B Moisturizer w/Castor Oil, (Maybe homemade whipped shea butter)
- Additional growth aids
- Will Alternate with Claudie's Growth Serum (every other week)
- Washing regemin
- Wash Every 3-4 days
Currently in corn rows right now I am 6 weeks post relaxer. Trying to stretch at least until 8 to 10 weeks might not make it new growth is terrible.

- Co-wash twice per week, and shampoo once per week

Your hair stats - all natural, ear length
How often you're applying the elixer - massage it into my scalp every 2 days.
Products - CANTU Shea Oil Moisturizer, Hot 6 oil/Jojoba/Sweet Almond Oil.
Additional growth aids - 2000mcg of Biotin every day
Washing regemin - my hair is currently in braids (I'm hiding my hair until the end of May), so i wash once a week with Braid Shampoo followed by a scalp massage with Profectiv Growth Oil.

- Your hair stats. I am almost BSL but I will be measuring my new growth (I colored my hair in August and can tell how much my hair is growing this way).
- How often you're applying the elixer. Every other day
- Products Giovanni Poo and Leave in, EQP Oil Recovery, and various conditioners because I like to try new ones,
- Additional growth aids none
- Washing regemin depends on style but about 1x per week only use shampoo about 1x a month

Well I'm in this challenge and this time I am for real with it.
Your hair stats - Relaxed, SL/not full but touching
How often you're applying the elixer - As soon as claudie sends me my product...every 2 days. LOL.
Products - Cathy Howse, as soon as she sends me my DC and conditioner
Additional growth aids - Ultranourish hair, & MSM
Washing regemin - I used to wash every 2 to 3 days. I think I am going to slow it down a bit to about once a week. Just for a little bit to see how it grows. I don't want to manipulate it too much this time

Right now I am in the BT challenge... but I will be stalking this challenge [IMG]smileys/smiley16.gif" align="middle" /> ... I will begin when BT chllenge ends....
