That is totally unacceptable. That's the whole point of going to these vendors. I'm going to assume with the language in the email that this is a AV and not a CV. All the words were spelled correctly is why I'm saying so. You might as well have gone straight with the CV and cut her out.

Thats fine you can go ahead. I tried what I could. Lots and lots of people buy hair from me not all theses complains. God knows I offered a way out. This business is like that. Your experience CANNOT spoil my business people who have been buying buys with trust and from referrals. Were you expecting me to send you hair worth $400 for free. No it's not possible because it's expensive for me to make. 

If it were other companies they won't even listen to you. Honestly...
 
 
OMG She sounds dumb and not business like. I am having issue with my hair and if I show you the professional email the company sends me and willing to fix the issue as soon as i send the hair back. Yummy hair has great customer service please tell this bish that. She sounds like some dumb person without business etiquette. Please upload your video on YOUtube and all major hair sites. Her dumb ass will lose a lot more then $400LOL

Also go on every youtuber page who review her hair and post the email and your rant about the hair.
Trust me I am the worst bitch to cross...I would fk her business so bad she would be begging me to forgive her nasty attitude.

We all know she payed half the price for the hair.. We know they marked up for sell .. So the hair isn't really worth 400.. If it was, how come you got sent crappy hair,and not the good stuff !!

She will learn, when you mistreat one customer just like people who sing your weave praises unhappy people tell the masses too.

Sadlly the hair game done got so sheisty that some of her Instagram customers dont even know they got bad hair. Some will attribute it to it being kinky and she will probably tell them its the products or you dont know how to care for it. 

Hell if some weave last longer their their Milky way they are happy and will go back again and again.

her response is like "I have your money already so I don't care" and the least she can do is refund the hair since people wear Monet's installs for 3 months and you travelled only to get a month? C'mon son you now have to purchase new hair, get a new date and pay for another install at least 2 months early IA with what people said put it out there so she learns how to treat ppl

This is one of those fly-by-night type of businesses; if this was a legitimate business, she would have a return/refund policy. If I'm going to spend $400+ on hair, it'll have to be from a well-known, proven vendor.
