Hello all, i am being a bit zealous but now I have this forum - I can be quite engaged and vocal....
I have a question for all you wise folk out there..
I have seen some really interesting hair but it is described as virgin hair and not processed. When I spoke to my hairdresser, she said that the hair needs to be processed to ensure that there are no nits or worms or other such like "eggs" buried in the hair...so I got totally freaked out!
Is this the case or is unprocessed being used here in a different context? I am not sure.
If the hair has to be treated, what is this treatment? The vendor said that the hair is straight from the donors of hair and then shampooed and conditioned - is this enough or should it have some more kind of chemical treatment?
How do you all guarantee that your hair is properly treated before you attach it to something so sensitive as your beloved head...
Any pearls of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
