Bump. I've been taking CLA for about a week and a half, and no results yet. I think its because I'm using Maca and that may have a boating affect.

I saw results in about 3 weeks while taking Maca and CLA and exercise 3 times a week. What I didn't like a bout CLA is that I lost weight all over....but what I did like is I lost weight in my stomach fast. So its a good quick fix supplement.

Oh and with coconut oil I lost weight ONLY in my stomach. And I drank mine in smoothies Idk if people in here is still doing that.

I have never used coconut oil long enough to really see a difference. I just may go back to putting it in my coffee.  A girl on my job swears by eating blueberries for stomach fat. I gotta do some research on that.

Funny.  I heard coconut oil was good for all over weight loss and CLA specifically for stomach fat.  I don't think I used coconut oil long enough to notice whether it worked or not.

I still rub mines on with a sweat belt and get great results. Not a fan of taking it internally
