I was trying it, but not long enough to notice any results. I was mixing it in hot chocolate and oatmeal, but I felt I wasn't consuming it properly. (I read in the diets, diets, diets thread that you aren't supposed to "cook" the coconut oil). So now I'm back at square one. I don't know how to use it. I still have my car of coconut oil, so once I find out how to use it I'll be using it.

i took it for like a week, i would just melt it in the micro and just take 3 tablespoons in 1 shot. i stopped doing that and now i've been putting 1 tablespoon in my oatmeal every morning. i haven't noticed my tummy getting flatter, but then again i only take 1 tbspn now

@sexyslimlexi, how are you putting the coconut oil in your oatmeal? Do you melt it then mix it with the finished oatmeal, put it in boiling water (that's what I used to do) or put a tbsp in the finished oatmeal? I'm trying to find the proper way to eat this.

I used to do 2 tablespoons every morning and didn't see any changes. Now I use it for cooking, but I still don't see any differences.

i used it for a couple of days, didn't really care for the taste, only in my oatmeal because in the hot tea and chocolate it was to greasy for me and i'm trying to figure out how to use that ten dollars sitting in my cabinet. can you use it on your body???
