I find IR relationships to be VERY difficult. My last SO and I argued about my culture. My current SO and I argue about our racial world view quite often.
Like we were watching "The Hunger Games," and when the little Black girl died my SO goes, "Ok, we get it. She died." And I go, "Oh, yeah. They have spent way too much time on the little colored girl, huh?" We have arguments like that occasionally. I think I need to learn to voice my opinions less.

It is different, but I don't know any Nigerians. I don't think it is possible.

My world view may be too "pro-Black" for IR relationships. My SO is pretty understanding though. He doesn't agree, but is nice about it.
