lmao that image is so funny to me because my friends mom used one on her little sister.  one day she was waiting outside the school to pick us up and she the poor girl was wobbling.  she was using the damn leash to hold her steady like a puppeteer.

i've seen Africans do it but they're not using the store bought ones.  they're using good ole fashioned clothe....but i dont see them do it in public...mainly in the home.

i don't see any problem with someone deciding on another mechanism to keep watch on their kids. /shrugs/

i was more so referring to the back one that jones posted.  it makes WAY more sense than a leash if you're concerned about crowd safety or the safety of your child.

but how would that help a toddler who can't walk well yet? i'm so confused lol.
