Keef came out with an album too soon. He wasn't ready. Shoulda kept makin mixtapes and street bangers. Kendrick allowed himself to develop.

50k isn't bad when you consider Kreyshawn did 12k. Keef had the wackest verse on his own song (I don't like remix).

Not when you are signed to interscope and had the buzz that Keef had, including a ton of remixes of his song, co-signs from T.I., beef with Lupe, and features from 50 cent, Rick Ross, Wiz Khalifa, and Young Jeezy. That's a disaster and an absolute flop. His label mate Kendrick Lamar sold 242k first week.

LoL that's cuz the people who listen to Chief Keef's type of music, don't pay for music LMAO

They forced that album out there to capitalize on his buzz and out of fear of him going to jail quicker than he already did

yea i watched a few of those chief keef blogs and shook my head the
entire time. that lil Brotha is runnin' through his money on clothes,
weed, cars, etc. i don't know how in the hell he had labels fighting
over him, but he got a good deal with interscope. hope that
contract was written on toilet paper cuz this lil dude is a lost cause. he
burned bridges already with other rappers, he is supposed to build
relationships with radio stations and deejays, yet he gets on air and
acts uninterested and bored. all he wants to do is spend money, rap and
smoke weed. he has the mentality of a 13 year old and i wouldn't be
suprised if he had a learning disability either. oh and this is by far the worst song i heard in 2012
